Installation cAlgo/CTrader on Windows Server 2016

Good Day,

I'm trying to install the clickonce Installation in a W-Server 2016, which is a deidcated server, I rent

But I get this type of error:

Has anybody some ideas, whats going on? And how to fix it? 
My local installation works fine.
