What the Volume exactly means when backtest?

Could anyone tell me what the Volume exactly means when backtest?

The following picture is my backtest result. I set the order volume to 1000(0.01 lot).

The entry price is 1.17945 and the close price is 1.17765, so the profit should be (1.17945 - 1.17765) * 1000 = $1.8 without commission. But I get $203 gross profit from the backtest result. How to explain it? What should I set the volume when I want trade 0.01 lot size?

Thank you!

I'm so sorry that I found that my account currency is JPY, so the profit displayed on the backtest result is converted to JPY. This can explian my question.

Please close my thread, thank you.
