Namespace Windows missing from namespace System if no manually added reference to System.Windows.Forms.dll

Namespace Windows missing from namespace System if no manually added reference to System.Windows.Forms.dll

Why is that?  Trouble is that  in my case the latest System.Windows.Forms.dll it is in directory

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\System.Windows.Forms\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089

and that can't be right.

 

How should I be doing this properly?  Thanks

System.Windows is supported. What are you trying to do exactly?
