How to link account to calgo plattform .... ctrader is ok

Hello How to connect my live account to Calgo... Have only demo account to use... In Ctrader my live account is in the droplist but not in Calgo.. Fxproo im using Regards Conny

Dear conny.rosenberg@gmail.com,

If you are signing in using the same cTID on both platforms then you should be able to see the same accounts. Could you please post some screenshots of the two platforms so we can see the issue?

and alsow diffrent demo account???????... both have same inlog with my same emailadress???
