Price at a specific time in the past

what's the simplest way to get the price of two pairs at a specific time in the past ?

 

For example

I need to know the price of EURUSD and USDJPY at precisely 0915 GMT on 5 June 2017

Can anyone help me with this? it's quite basic and I'm surprised that there is no documentation anywhere for this simple query

Dear payment,

Thanks for your inquiry. Currently there is no way to get this information through the API. A way to achieve this would be to backtest your cBot, store tick data in a file and then read the data from the file in your cBot, whenever necessary.
