installation cTreader onVPS

I can't to installation cAlgo and cTrader on VPS on Window 2008 R2. I try to double click on cAlgo icon but not have something appear. Please help me for this proble.

Update Window 2008 R2 files

Try to update Window 2008 R2 with the latest update files. If that does not work reinstall cAlgo and cTrader directly from your broker.

cTrader can work under Windows Server 2003. You should  install cTrader!cAlgo directly from your broker site.
