Does cAlgo apply daylight savings automatically?

I'm backtesting with a .csv and my bot filters trades based upon time of day, so will cAlgo automatically apply daylight savings where appropriate? The .csv is in UTC i.e. no DST shift, will cAlgo automatically shift it?
As far as I'm aware, none of the timezones that a bot can be set to incorporate a DST shift.
