Price bars not downloading

Price bars not downloading

Hi,

I did a clean install of cAlgo on a new pc, using my existing demo account. It seems as if the price data is not downloading, because the Cache and BackTestingCache folders remain empty, even after trying to run a backtest.

Live prices are also not feeding through, so I cannot see any graphs.

I am logged in with a demo account.

I have reinstalled cAlgo, but the same problem persists.

Any ideas that I can try?

Are you using using a firewall or caching http proxy?

Nope, no proxy server. Firewall is just a standard Windows 7 Home firewall.

 

Which port does cAlgo traffic use?

Ports 80 and 443.

We need some more information to investigate this.
Does cTrader function properly or do both cTrader and cAlgo have a problem?
