tick level backtesting data still missing...

Tick data is missing from cAlgo backtest after 7/29/16... its been several days and Spotware has yet to respond to the Forum

 the following is a transcript of a recent live chat w my broker just now:

info: Thank you for contacting _______ Live-support. The next available operator will be assigned to you.
info: Hello, how may I assist you?
Balena: i emailed support several times regarding tick data missing from cAlgo backtest, do you know if there is an update, and do you know when calgo tick data for backtest will be available?
info: We are still waiting for Spotware to get back to us regarding this. We cannot provide a specific time as this is dependent on the developers of cTrader
