backtesting data

I'm backtesting a algo I run daily and I don't see any tick backtesting data after 7/29. to current data.. I've made no changes to my algo.... anyone else seeing this?

Where is spotware support?

Is spotware still supporting it's applications?

2 days and zero response from support?

This is not how you become an accepted industry standard; service fail!

Could you please elaborate on your issue using an email feedback@spotware.com. We would need the information about which broker are you with and what is the exact scenario of reproducing the issue.

it's been a whole week since I first asked for help...

and the problem has been happening since 8/1/16...

not to mention, I'm not the only one on this forum that's experienced the same behavior...

backtesting t1 tick data is missing beginning on 7/29/16 for all pairs...

Take any one of your sample bots and run it any day in Aug and you will see...

Could be you or could be broker but they said they have reached out to you and are waiting a response...

so regardless where the problem is... your lack of urgency and effort is both alarming and telling

this is a prime example why you are not the industry standard... 

to be accepted you have to operate in a professional manner...

over a week to respond to a live account issue is NOT professional by anyones standards!

We are not able to provide you with any assistance regarding the missing tick data until  know which broker are you with.
