MT4 to cAlgo - Trade Copier Provider 1.00

Hello,

I found a tool here on ctdn.com that transfer signals from MT4 to cAlgo. /algos/cbots/show/515

Can anybody explain how you can make it run? I could manage it to install it on MT4 and cAlgo, but I dont know how to run an EA on MT4 simultaneously.
