Can't link account to cTID.

Dear Trader,

You should connect to Sandbox cTrader Web and create a demo trading account. Once you are log in with your sandbox cTID on sandbox cTrader Web they will be linked.

You can't login with a sandbox account to a demo or live platform.

We kindly you to go through the Playground section and the Spotware Connect API documentation again.

how does one connect to the sandbox? I get errors when clicking the link 403 Forbidden

Hi ycomp,

If you want to use the sandbox environment, you will need to use the account credentials provided here https://connect.spotware.com/docs/available-resources/test-environment

Else you can use a demo account on the live environment,

Don't use sandbox :) delete all sandbox- from urls and test on your demo account from fxpro for example (works cool sandbox is poor and does not works).

1) Create CTID

2) Open new demo account cTrader

3) login to cTrader with CTID (then your accont connect to your CTID)

4) Create connect application and get playground data

5) use this urls don't use sandbox:

• https://api.spotware.com
• https://connect.spotware.com

6) And test on your demo account
