Market_Range Order Type not setting SL and TP for JPY pairs

I have market_range ordertype working fine for all symbols except those with JPY. The order is created but the SL and TP are not properly set so the position closes as soon as it is created. The StopLoss and Takeprofit are specified with very wide margins yet it is not reflected in the executed position. Is this a bug of am l doing something wrong with JPY pairs?
