Spotware Connect Open API - can it be used to place trades?

This might not be the correct sub-forum but I have a question on the Spotware Connect Open API.

Before I spend any more time looking at it, I would like to know if it is complete enough to actually place and monitor trades?

It would be fantastic to have a way of e.g. using a stand alone C# application to integrate with cTraders servers without having to run any cBots.

If the current version of the API does not allow for placing and monitoring trades, is that something that is under development?
