No response from ProtoOAReconcileReq

I don't know if the problem is from cTrader or from my broker icmarkets, but I get no response from ProtoOAReconcileReq messages since 15:10 UTC+1 (aprox). This morning it was working fine.

I can create an order in cTrader or my Application and see it in the drawing or both applications, but if I refresh cTrader or reopen my application the order is lost because I never get a ProtoOAReconcileRes message.

Sorry but I don't have any log message, but this happened about 15:20 UTC+1, until late in the night. 

 

I think that it was a broker mistake because at first icmarkets.eu told me that they were doing some maintenance, at the night I send an email  to report the problem about ProtoOAReconcileReq messages.

This morning this issue was fixed, but I lost money because I couldn't see/close/hedge my positions. :(
