ProtoOACtidTraderAccount.ctidTraderAccountId data type is uint64, but everywhere else ctidTraderAccountId is int64

ProtoOACtidTraderAccount.ctidTraderAccountId data type is uint64, but everywhere else ctidTraderAccountId is int64

same data type (in this case I believe it's uint64, as most likely having a negative value for this field is not something one would expect) should be used across the board for ctidTraderAccountId
