Unable to add accounts

Can someone please advise! 

I have used cMAM before with no problems. I followed the steps to activate my profile and the cMAM software but now recently getting error messages that I am unable to add accounts with the code given. Everything is set up properly with OPEN API yet the cMAM software does not recognize my authorisation codes to add accounts.

Any support would be greatly appreciated.
