how to place an order via ctrader-open-api

Ex:

“pip install ctrader-open-api” first

in console sample, input the command below:

NewMarketOrder 21543 BUY 1

then there was no response in spotware, “IBM” didn't be purchased

so how can I place an order properly? Thanks.
