ProtoOAGetTickDataReq query timestamps inclusive/exclusive

Hi

I am wanting to know if the fromTimestamp and toTimestamp of ProtoOAGetTickDataReq are inclusive or exclusive respectively.

In other words will ticks returned:

only have timestamps > than fromTimestamp or ≥ fromTimestamp?

only have timestamps < than toTimestamp or ≤ toTimestamp?
