Open API limitations

Hi all,

I have a couple of questions regarding the Open API limitations as detailed here: 

1. Are historical and non-historical requests combined into the same limit, or are they separate? e.g. if I make 5 historic and 50 non-historical within the same second be I hit the limit?

2. Is there any way for me to check if a request is historic or non-historic? Am I missing it in the references?
