account not linked to my cTrader account

account not linked to my cTrader account

I have an account at a broker and the email address provided to them is the same as for my cTrader id, but I still cannot see that account at https://id.ctrader.com/my/settings/accounts.

I assume that it is not liked to my cTrader account. How can I get that linked?

You need to contact your broker regarding this issue so that they can check.
