cTrader openApi Server failed

cTrader openApi Server failed

Hi Support,

Today, at 13:49 to 13:55 in UTC, cTrader openApi server was down or failed to access.

The problem was that apps can authorize apps but some live accounts can not be authorize. therefore, lots of position information are unavailable.

How could it happen?

We can not implement each kind of failure of the server. We are implementing apps on the assumption that openApi server works correctly when it is on.
