Strange margin call notice

In OpenAPI, I am receiving the following event even though I am only using 20% of the available margin according to the web trader:

PROTO_OA_MARGIN_CALL_TRIGGER_EVENT

Why is that?

Hi,

You have to check your account smarginLevelThreshold , and you can change the threshold.
