New demo account not showing as account in OpenAPI

I have created a new demo Fondex account. I then created a new token in the connect.spotware/Applications->Playground section.
The demo account as well as 3 live accounts have been checked when creating the token. I tried selecting "Account" and also "Trading" when creating the token. However, even after 1 day only the 3 previous live accounts show as active accounts under OpenAPI CreateAccountListRequest(_token).
The demo account is not showing. What else do I need to do?

Here is some more information, I believe that the duplicates may be causing the issue. What do you think I should do?
On the following page https://id-ct.spotware.com/my/settings/openapi there seem to be duplicate listings. Do I need to revoke access to all of these and then create another token in order to be able to access the fondex - Demo - 3065924 account?

Hi,
I just tested, I created a new demo account and then I got a new token and the newly created demo account was returned by ProtoOAGetAccountListByAccessTokenReq request.
