is symbol disabled?

is symbol disabled?

i have noticed that for my pepperstone demo account the symbol XPDUSD (id=73) i get the response  "Trading is disabled" when trying to lay a trade through open api

 

however when i pull the symbol list this symbol is enabled

 

could the list be out of date?
