Open API 2.0: @ProtoOANewOrderReq. Cannot trade amount 1.01 lot

I connect to Open API 2.0 successfully and found the issue as bellow:

1. Open new order with minimum volume 100,000 units: successful, position opened with 0.01 lot.
2. Open new order with volume 10,100,000 units: error with code NOT_ENOUGH_MONEY. My attention is to open with 1.01 lot and my account balance is 100,000 USD
3. IF the volume is 10,000,000, the order filled success with 1.0 lot.

My question: How can I trade 1.01 lot?

P/S: I know that minimum Volume is 100,000 units, stepVolume is 1000

Sorry all,

I found that my Account has 1k USD in balance not 100k USD as I wrote. Please ignore this report.
