Unable to get tick data on "live" api.spotware.com because "too many connections 400"

Unable to get tick data on "live" api.spotware.com because "too many connections 400"

Hi!

Trying to get tick data from the https://api.spotware.com server fails with the following error (a few minutes ago).

	"error": {
		"errorCode": "UNKNOWN_ERROR",
		"description": "Too many connections 400"
	}
}

I am able to get ticks from the sandbox server https://sandbox-api.spotware.com successfully.

Works today - is this a problem with capacity at the api server? How to ensure tick service is available?
