Issue with my Strategy in cMirror

Hi

I would like to know why my strategy was removed from cMirror.

I was Strategy Provider.  Name was Sell with Low Risk. and I have two users have started mirroring my strategy

But today this Strategy was removed and not availeble anymore,  moreover my Mirroring users lost money because were canceled and closed all open positions.

 

Could somebody explain what happened?

Sorry sir, this is not an explanation and definitely no excuse!

i only now realize that my problems with my Strategy "Extended Scalping" that happened at the same day (24th of may) and cost me and my followers several hundred, maybe even several thousand Bucks were not caused by some mistake by me, but by some failure of your system!  Can you please explain what happened, and what is being done, to assure that it can't happen again?
