Cmirror problem ?

Cmirror problem ?

Dear IC market

My Ctrader ID is quangson1511@gmail.com, my Ctrader account is 2015083

I have been using my Ctrader account 2015083 to follow the signal provider namely : TieulongFx ( here’s the link https://cm.icmarkets.com/strategy/62362   )since Jul-2018 via the Cmirror service.

Recently, I noticed that there has been differences between my account and signal provider’s account, to be precise , Tieulongfx’s account is now having 4 position while in my account there are 8 in total!, I looked for the detail and figured out that the 4 surplus positions are closed in tieulongfx’s account in the past but they are still opening in my account !

I have never been warned by ic markets staff/support team about this issue recently, and this problem affect my account’s balance and performance seriously, to some larger extend, maybe it can happen on other’s account, thus degrading your cmirror services

I have been your loyal customer for years, since you are one of the most honest broker I’ve ever trade with, but this issue have really affect my opinion about your services.

Pls address this problem and help me to fix this, thanks

Thanks for the reply , i intended to invest more in cmirror's strategy but this problem make me feel uncertain about your services.  Pls fix this as quick as you can. Thanks

Is it possible that this happens when traders increase a position size?  That is, rather than increasing the position in the copying account,  it opens a new position.  Also not sure how copying works when positions are partially closed.

Hi quangson1511,

After investigating this issue, cMirror team concluded that this is a bug and will be fixed in an upcoming update. If you still have open positions, please close them manually.
