No Strategies match the given criteria

Hello, I've been trying for some time now to sort out my cMirror account..

I have a funded live cTrader account which is linked to cMirror but no strategies come up, I've changed all the criterias.. There simply aren't any. I tried to speak to the Ctrader support but they said it's nothing to do with them. I can't find any support emails for spotware that's for independant traders (not brokers/banks)
