Connected accounts but didn't activate trades

Connected accounts but didn't activate trades

Hi,

I have mulitple accounts connect to cmirror and a master trading account. LAst week all the trades worked well from the master through to the slave accounts.

Today I placed a trade and none of my accounts mirrored tha trade the master put on, please advise asap!!

Hi,

I'm new to this cMirror services and I just started to mirror a signal provider (R72 Live). My Live account was mirrroring fine for the first 2 weeks, but yesterday and today (6 and 7 Feb 2017) trades were missing (funny enough the profitable ones).

The signal provider (R72 Live) was makiing money by the end of the sesion and I was lossing money. First I thought is the slippige but after I analyzed the trades, it was just missing ones, most of them profitable. Tha signal provider must use some algorithm and if you don't have all trades, the profit is not there.
What shall I do, conntact the broker? or just take the loss?

Does any one experienced something like this? 

If this is common, how often will this occur?
