"Invalid Account # and Password : cBOT running

Dear Spotware,

I had cBOT running on VPS.  with 3 core, and 3 gb RAM.   My RAM usage was not more than 1.6 gb max and avg. usage was around 1.2 to 1.3 gb ram.

Now, just when the news is coming, the cTRADER LOGs out of the cSERVER and is not signing-in.  It says that "Login Failed : Invalid Account Number or Password".  

I have submitted the error to SPOTWARE by pressing "shit+ctrl+alt+T" and have written my ID "goldnOil750".   Please look into this matter as this is seriously going to hurt your business.  Nobody want an unreliable PLATFORM which especially after news logs out and now our cBOT can't do anything.  

Can't login manually also as it says "Close cBOT" as it is running.  Have attached the last few entries from the JOURNAL for your ready reference.    (by the time i have completed this message 15 mins have gone and cALGO is not trying to login.
