Pending Orders IOC (Immediate or Cancel)

Hello,

I need to open orders only at a specified price , setting a maximum slippage.

If I use ExecuteMarketOrders and I specify marketRangePips, not all the times I get the right price. probably because when the market is moving the price change so the marketRangePips is useless from my point of view, cause whatever value you set, you never know if you will catch the price within the range you are able to see in the platform.

I ve read the documentation about pending orders but from what I see there is no way to send a limit order request and to cancel it  immediately if it cannot be filled within the specified slippage.

Am I wrong? if yes, can you provide an example to request a limit IOC order?
