I wonder why a position is opened before stop order ?

This is my use case: 

- A robot opens stop orders​

- This is what occurs when enter positions: the robot enters long at 1.24795

I wonder how come this can happen?

I don't understand how this can happen. As you can see, the robot enters long at 1.24795 whereas I'd a buy order at 1.25188 and sell order at 1.24926. All this happen in less than 1 s (12:29:59.364 to 12:30:00.102).
