Problem with position taken twice

Hi there, I have a problems my bots takes some position twice I can't understand why. The code is good but randomly it happened that the position is taken twice at the same entry price

can you share the code? 

Is it the same cBot as your other code? Maybe a pending order happens to fall on the same price as another?
