Hi there,

 If you want to create a live cTrader account, you need to contact a broker that offers cTrader. You can find some here.

Hi Jose

Depends where you are in the world but I would say first step is open a PayPal account. Then Just open a PepperStone account submit Id and whatever other documents and then transfer the cash from paypal to Pepperstone. May be simpler if yop are in the US.
