cbot buttons - Hiding/Unhiding

Hello

Can we change he style/size of cbot buttons, or make them non-static so we can drag them around the chart. From my understanding, they are by default placed in the bottom left corner of the chart. 

Screen shot of the ones I mean. Thanks
