hello everyone,help me create one cbot

I need the Cbot,description: I have two current order in position,buy 0.1 lot GBP/USD at 1.200,take profit:1.210,stop loss:1.190 and buy 0.1 lot EUR/USD at 1.300 ,stop loss: 1.290,take profit: 1.310...I do not have time to tracking the computer screen. if one of the two order closed,ex:GBP/USD stop loss,then my Cbot buys stop 0.1 lot at 1.200,stop loss:1.190,take profit:1.210. And if GBP/USD take profit,then my Cbot buys limit 0.1lot GBP/USD at 1.200,stop loss:1.190,take profit 1.210 If EUR/USD stop loss,then my Cbot buy stop 0.1lot at 1.300,stop loss:1.290,take profit:1.310... and if EUR/USD take profit,then my Cbot buy limit 0.1 lot at 1.300,stop loss:1.290,take profit:1.310.. My cbot automatic sequential operation.I will finish my cbot by my hand. please help me,i speak English very bad,..
