Network Access issue

I was happy when I read this article:

Unfortunately when I copied the sample code and wanted to compile: I got the following error: 

What refference should I use? I tried System.Net and System,Web but I  have failed.

What version of cTrader do you have? It shows up in the "what's new" for version 4.7.12 :
