Package Microsoft.Ml isn't supported Fail

Dear All,

Can somebody help me with following. 

I have added Machine learning to my bot in Visual studio. 

When building the code into Ctrader, I get following error: 

 

Package Microsoft.Ml isn't supported

How can I solve it?

Step 1: Google the error message.

Step 2: Read the first response -- should be from GitHub - and try it.
