How do you get broker imposed limits

How do you find limits like:

  • Min, Max order volume
  • Min step
  • Max open orders
  • Margin rate, free margin, margin for order
  • Account balance
  • etc.

More broadly, meta information about:

  • account
  • symbol
  • orders
  • positions
  • etc.
