Is it possible to use Radio buttons, Checkboxes in GUI (regarding to Sample Trading Panel)

The Sample Trading Panel sample shows us how to use  TextBoxes and Buttons.

I need more form elements to use as Radio buttons and Checkboxes.

Is it possible to get a little help how to declare and use them?
