Trade Manager

Hi there i am new to this Cbot thing and i cant program

but i would like to know if it is possible to program a Trade manager

 i have a trade manager under MT4 someone programmed it for me but he dont program anymore

what i would like if possible is this

i sould be able to set a % setting like default 3%

then select long or short

then when activate it sould place 4 lines 1 Stop 1 Entry and 2 Exit lines Exit 1 and Exit 2

i sould be able to move those lines to the levels i like

then when the market hit the entry line it sould place 3 orders at the entry line and 3 stops at the Stop line

now when the market hits Exit 1 it sould close order 1 and move 1 stop of the 2 remaining stops to break even + spread

and if exit 2 has been hit it sould move the last remaining order stop to the level of Exit 1

then the last order we let it run till there is a new setup in the opposite direction or with trailing or just manualy close

the trade manager i have now can do all this and some more options

but i just would like to know if something like this is possible in here
