In an attempt to speed things up, after you post the log contents, please run this link https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clickonce-for-google-chro/eeifaoomkminpbeebjdmdojbhmagnncl?hl=en from your google chrome.
The target link will install an add-on which provides click once installation functionality straight from the browser, once you have done that run the link http://commexfx.ctrader.com/xTrader.application from your chrome browser.
