Security Issues Advice?

Hi, I have made a robot. I want to do several steps in order to make it more secure, First how we can add more complex code inside our code( I saw the robot its size was several MB and inside of that indicator with useless methods and the add too much methods to make it complex and unreadable). How I can do the same? what else I can do?
