Place Horizontal Line based on price not Y axis

Hey I want to place a horizontal line based on a price instead of Y axis.

Chart.DrawHorizontalLine("genericLinename", "double y", Color.Green)

Hi wisegprs,

Y axis is the price. So It is not really clear to me what do you need.
