stoploss below low (previous candle) or stoploss above high(previous candle

hello,

can some one fix this for me?

i need a stoploss a x pips below the low of the previous candle whenever a buy trade is open.

and a stoploss  a x pips above the high of the previous candle whenever a sell trade is open.

(no jumping stoploss each next candle bar)
