MACD Crossover on multi time frame

Hello everyone

I wonder if someone to could help me by posting a code that creates a cbot to do the following:

1) Once the MACD crosses above the Signal in Daily, and the close price crosses above the MA in H4 it buys, and the price crosses below the MA it close position.

1) Once the MACD crosses below the Signal in Daily, and the close price crosses below the MA in H4 it sells, and the price crosses above the MA it close position.
