backtest fails

Why, when running backtests do I get trades that start or finish way outside of the charts current price listings?

Is this a failure in the backtesting part of the of the developer?

I have had this happen on multiple robots that otherwise test good during forward tests.

If I cant trust my backtests to be accurate, how can I trust Calgo to develop any useful bots?

Please check the backtesting settings for the value used for the spread. Also note that the chart candles are drawn using the bid price.
