How to gradually open position? :)

hello, i want to ask how to gradually open position after hit 5 pips..

lets say i have EURUSD open manually,

i want to open another position if it reached 5 pips in my direction, until this i still understand,

the confusing part is when i want to open another position after the second EURUSD position also reached 5 pips in my direction.

can anyobody help me ? thank you in advance
